2. Services and Commercial Terms

Menkaura Skin provides professional facial and body treatments, aesthetic services, and curated skincare products. All services are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability. Treatments are personalized based on professional evaluation, and results may vary depending on individual skin conditions and adherence to recommended care.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be updated at any time. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to the pricing, service description, and policies in effect at the time of the transaction.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking system.

Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance may be rebooked without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service value.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior, or failure to attend the appointment (no-show), will result in full charge of the service, which may be invoiced.

4. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Mobilpay and other payment options enabled through our platform. Some services or products may also allow offline payments when applicable. All payments must be completed according to the instructions provided at checkout.

6. Products, Returns, and Home Care

All skincare products sold are professional-use formulations intended for external use only. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Clients are responsible for following usage instructions and professional recommendations. Menkaura Skin is not liable for reactions resulting from misuse or undisclosed conditions.
